Our car park next to the entrance off Moor Lane at the southern end of the reservoir point 1.

Route

Leave the car park through the small gate, point 1 and walk round the reservoir keeping it on your left joining the tarmac road at point 2 and walk across the embankment.

At the northern end of the embankment, bear left and climb the hill at point 4 and follow the path down towards the sailing centre at point 5 which you pass on your right and return to the car park via the small gate.
